Purchased the DJI Matrice 4E Worry-Free Plus Combo, which is advertised as including over £2,100 worth of extras: DJI Terra Pro, Drone Safe Register Professional membership, RTK Network Subscription, and an A2CofC training course. None of these were proactively communicated after purchase. I had to chase the A2CofC course myself — it was never mentioned. The Drone Safe Register Professional membership was never brought up at all. RTK subscription support was brushed off with "contact us if you need it." For a £3,940 enterprise purchase, this level of aftercare is not acceptable. The bigger issue is the return. Their website clearly states a 14-day return window post-activation, with up to 20% deducted based on usage. I flew the drone for approximately one hour and contacted them to return it within the 14-day window, willing to accept the deduction. They refused — stating it was at their discretion whether to accept returns due to current stock levels. That is not what their published policy says. Staff on the phone were unhelpful and dismissive — bordering on rude. For context, other UK retailers sell the same product at the same price point and offer genuinely professional post-sale support. For an enterprise client, after-sales service matters enormously — a good experience means repeat business, referrals, and a long-term relationship. Drone Safe Store seems to lose interest the moment the sale is made. I would not return as a customer, and I would not recommend them to anyone making a serious commercial investment. The drone itself is excellent — that's DJI's credit, not theirs.

After debating weather I should buy a drone or not for the past few months, I finally ordered the DJI Mini 4 Pro Mega bundle. I received my drone by midday the next day. Unfortunately the SD Card was missing and I had not received my care refresh code. I made a quick phone call and had a chat with Tom, who was very apologetic and sorted everything out for me. Great company to deal with and delivery was so quick.
