I cannot recommend to highly the customer service experience with drone safe. I have purchased my last three DJI drones from them and each time I cannot find any thing negative to say, whether it's the initial purchase and delivery to after sales support and advice. Top of my list for all things drones in the UK

Drone Safe Store is a really great site if you are new to flying drones. All the info you need is here, and they have UK staff here, who know a lot about the products and have real life experience in what they are selling. The purchase experience was also very good, I was able to use PayPal and purchase in 3 monthly payments. If ordered in the week, you have next day tracked delivery. Will be my main port of call for all future purchases. Highly recommend.

First time using the DroneSafe store, normally buy direct from DJI. Purchased the DJI Avata 2 Mega Controller Platinum Bundle due to the price and the added extras in the bundle. Next day delivery and great communication. First class service and will use again, would definitely recommend.

Love this store , my wife , on the other hand hates me loving this store

After looking at getting a new drone for 3 months. Finally chose to get the DJI mini 4 pro fly more combo with all the trimmings. Best price in the U.K. so couldn’t go wrong 😉. Delivered the next day and well packed 💪. I wish the weather was better as I’ve only managed a short bit of air time until these storms clear. Only downside is the free gift haribo’s need to be in kilo bags 😋(only joking). No downsides just all good. Thanks dronesafestore 👍.
