I visited this store yesterday for the first time with the intention of finding out which drone was suitable for me and my needs, and was not disappointed. Tom had plenty of time and patience to run me through the differences and what was going to be best suited. I left with everything i needed and it was overall a great experience. Thanks guys.

At last found a suitable bag for a Mini 4 pro drone, that fits everything securely.

Went in for some info regarding a drone I want and spare propellers for the one I have. Great atmosphere inside, staff knowledgeable and happy to help and answer most ridiculous questions. Highly recommended

Service from the store was excellent. However, DPD did not deliver Next Day. Took four days to get the parcel. Frustrating at the time.

Very swift pleasant sale transaction & fast delivery!! Shame the After sales wasn’t the same. I’m completely new to the drone world & had an issue with my Dji mini 5 pro. So After several phone calls a member of staff said could you send us a video via email which I did straight away!! And I was just left in the dark no response back whatsoever!! Luckily I got the help I needed from a local business. If I had received the expected After sales then I would of given 5 stars.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! I bought a drone, unpacked it at home, and turned it on to test it. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for me because it's too small, and the photos are of poor quality. It's simply not the drone for me. It turns out I can return it, but I can't get a full refund. Unfortunately, the seller hasn't told me how much they'll refund me yet. The worst part is that I'm disabled after a leg amputation. And it was a bank loan. Now I have to apply for a full refund through consumer rights. If you care about the chance, consider buying from them. (I should emphasize that the drone was not used, only turned on for testing.) P.S. even though the return was perfect, perfect, made 5 days after purchase, the drone worth 850 pounds, the seller took 209 pounds, it's disgusting🤬🤬🤬

Really great prices, and some amazing free gifts when I bought my drone. Very happy. The order was put on a pre-12 service with DPD and I received it very quickly and well packaged. All in all a fantastic experience, thank you!
